Applying For Canadian Citizenship
If you wish to apply for Canadian citizenship, you must be between 18 and 54 years of age at the time of applying for citizenship. You must have been a taxpayer for at least three years in Canada and completed your education in the country. You must also demonstrate an understanding of the Canadian culture and law. Finally, you must pass a citizenship test. This exam is administered in English and French. The questions on the citizenship test will cover the rights and responsibilities of Canadian citizens, the history, geography, economy, government, and laws of Canada. To be eligible for Canadian citizenship, you must first meet all requirements set by the Canadian government. The citizenship test will contain 20 questions.
